What services do you offer at your salon?

We offer cutting, colouring, styling, and extensions.

What are your prices for haircuts, colour, and other services?

You can check our starting prices online. For a more accurate quote, it's best to consult with your stylist in the chair. 

Do you offer bridal or special occasion hair styling?

Can I bring in a picture for inspiration for my hairstyle?

Absolutely! Inspiration photos help us understand your desired outcome during your consultation.

Do you have any discounts?

We don't offer discounts as we believe in maintaining the highest quality of service. Occasionally, we have packages with our emerging stylists, who are highly trained by us.

What products do you use in your salon?

We use L’Oréal and Kevin Murphy products.

Do you offer hair treatments such as conditioning masks or keratin treatments?

Yes, we do! These treatments are great for managing unruly hair. 

How long does a typical appointment last?

Appointment lengths vary depending on the service. Every head of hair is unique and requires different styling. Relax and enjoy being pampered!

Can I schedule a consultation before my appointment to discuss my desired hairstyle?

Yes, you can book a consultation online.

Do you offer hair extensions?

Yes, we offer tape, keratin, and weft hair extensions.

What are your stylists' qualifications and experience?

All senior and principal staff have a minimum of 10 years in the industry. Our emerging stylists are trained to the highest standards by us.

Can I request a specific stylist for my appointment?

Yes, you can request a specific stylist.

Do you offer gift cards or gift certificates?

Yes, we have gift vouchers available online or in-store.

Are walk-ins accepted or do I need to make an appointment?

Appointments are recommended as we are generally fully booked.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 9am - 5.30pm
Wednesday: 9am - 8pm
Thursday: 9am: 5.30pm
Friday: 9am - 5.30pm
Saturday: 8am - 3pm
Sunday: Closed

Do you have parking available for clients?

Yes, parking is available right outside the building.

How far in advance should I book an appointment?

We encourage clients to rebook their next appointment before leaving the salon, as slots fill up quickly. 

Can I request a customised hair colour or style that is not listed on your services menu?

Sure! Contact us, and we’ll discuss the possibilities.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, deposits ensure your commitment to us, as our appointments are highly sought after. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.

Do you work Sundays?

Unfortunately, we do not. We are busy during the week and Saturdays, and Sundays are our day of rest.
