Terms & Conditions for No Show Appointments & Cancellations
By booking an appointment with our hairdressing salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding no show and cancellation appointments:
1. We will send out a confirmation SMS at least 3 days before your appointment.
2. A no show appointment refers to any scheduled hairdressing service appointment where the client fails to show up without prior notice.
3. In the event of a no show appointment, the client will be charged the full amount of the hairdressing service that was scheduled. If the client cancels within 24 hours, 50% of the value of the service will be charged.
4. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we kindly request that you inform us of any changes or cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.
5. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us by phone as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. Failure to provide notice of cancellation within the specified 24 hour time frame will result in the full hairdressing service charge being applied to your credit card. The full hairdressing service charge will be automatically deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking or an invoice will be sent.
7. We reserve the right to request a deposit or credit card information to secure future appointments. Clients will not lose their deposit if they cancel at least 48hrs prior to the appointment. With regards to bridal deposits, please phone the salon to discuss further.
8. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we will consider waiving the full hairdressing service charge on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss any exceptional circumstances.
9. No-shows and last-minute cancellations have a major effect on the team and the salon. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late without contacting the salon, we may need to reschedule or amend your appointment. If timing is critical on the day of your appointment, please make us aware when scheduling your appointment.
10. We value our clients time and our team’s availability. By adhering to these terms and conditions, we can ensure a fair and efficient scheduling system for all our clients.
Please read and understand these terms and conditions before booking an appointment with our hairdressing salon. By proceeding with the appointment, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions regarding no show appointments and cancellations.
After Hours Cancellations
Please note: Phone calls, SMS, emails and social media messages are attended from 8.30am – 5.30pm. Contact regarding cancellations should be made prior to 5.30pm directly with reception via phone. If cancellations or booking changes are submitted after 5.30pm by email, voicemail, the notice period will begin at 8.30am the following morning. If this notice period falls less than 48 hours prior to your booking, the booking deposit will be forfeited and charges will apply as per our cancellation policy.
Redo & Refunds
Koko Blaq Coiffeur does not refund or redo at zero cost if you change your mind about a service that has had a full consultation. Our priority is to make sure each and every client loves their hair, if you leave happy and loving your new style, we do not accept responsibility for any change of mind upon leaving the salon. In the unlikely event that a service has not turned out as you and your stylist consulted, this must be redone within 7 days of your initial appointment.
Koko Blaq Coiffeur will not refund for services performed elsewhere to rectify or change the outcome of services originally performed at our salon.
All quotes via email, phone, or other online communication are an estimate and may not be the final cost. If you require a more accurate quote please book a consultation with one of our stylists or at your appointment, please ask your stylist prior to commencing service for a full quote.
We take pride in and stand by our work at Koko Blaq Coiffeur. If you are unsatisfied we would appreciate it if you would consult and communicate with your stylist and together come up with a solution.
Pricing & Consultation
We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without notice. Our prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that all pricing is FROM and may vary depending on type of styling required, the length and thickness of the hair.
This price list is a guide to our most popular services, but please contact us for a more specific colouring and styling quote. Quotes provided via phone, SMS, email and social media messages are rough estimates only, as we cannot fully assess your needs until an in-person consultation is completed. We will always provide exact quotes during in-person consultations.
A consultation fee of $50 is non-refundable but is redeemable at the time of your appointment.
